Job Description
We are looking for a Collections Team Leader who understands the importance of ethical collections, compliance, and structured stakeholder engagement.
This role involves supervising collections activity, supporting operational effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with internal policies, legal requirements, and service standards.
Key deliverables:
- Supervising collections activity to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Supporting process optimisation and system usage
- Acting as an escalation point for complex collections matters
- Working closely with finance and operational teams
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Leadership experience in collections or client-facing operational teams
- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in collections
Must come from a big call centre collections space
