Position Summary

We are seeking a charismatic and client-focused Client Relationship & Sales Associate to manage inbound leads and build lasting relationships with our clients. This role requires a balance of persuasive sales communication and genuine client care. The ideal candidate will ensure every lead is nurtured thoughtfully and every client feels supported throughout their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

The associate will engage new leads through warm, confident communication and guide them through the sales journey, converting interest into loyalty. They will build trust quickly through approachable, professional interactions and act as the main point of contact for existing clientschecking in regularly, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.


This role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services, maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all lead and client interactions, and being a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple relationships simultaneously.

Requirements

Candidates should be highly personable, likable, and confident in their ability to communicate persuasively. Prior experience in client-facing roles such as sales, account management, or customer service is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, a calm and professional demeanor, and a clear or neutral accent are important for effective communication.


The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple client relationships without losing focus or attention to detail.
