Civil Site Foreman - Cape TownCape Winelands R27 000 -R47 000pmCivil Engineering company specializing in roads, bridges, and civil construction seeks an experienced Site Forman to induct new employees, allocate teams, train and evaluate staff, and ensure that team leaders and operators receive all necessary information from the Surveyor prior to the start of the process, ensure that the discipline is maintained in team and hours of work are adhered to and check that watchmen are on duty. You will do weekly plans monitor progress against target and report any problems. You will manage plant, materials, contracts, and costs. English and Afrikaans and Own a car.
