Job Description
2023/11/02 VACANCY FOREMAN/SITE AGENT LOCATION: LEPHALALE, LIMPOPO JOB TYPE: FIXED CONTRACT RESPONSIBILITIES -Implement construction drawings issued by the Engineer. -Implementing daily activities that are in line with the works program. -Check works preparations done by the labourers -Perform assigned tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. -Setting out of the construction works -Communicating details and instructions to site staff. -Able to compile a payment certificate. -Understanding the project program and meeting critical path dates. -Record keeping. -Reconciliation of materials. -Identify key risk areas and raise concerns. -Identify critical information and resolve queries timeously. -Day-to-day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS NB* diploma in civil engineering or Similar qualification Minimum of 4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working as a Site Agent with experience either to the following: wastewater treatment project construction, Roads, concrete structures or building works.
