Hospitality Hire is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Car Rental Company, for the position of Rental Agent based at Cape Town International Airport.
As a Rental Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free vehicle rental experience while upholding high standards in service and vehicle management.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Education & Experience: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification, with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing or service-driven role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver outstanding service, manage bookings, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Administrative Accuracy: High attention to detail when completing documentation, processing rentals, and managing billing or inspection records.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Drivers Licence: Valid drivers licence and reliable transport to commute to the airport.
Min Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Min one year previous experience in the car rental, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with rental or reservation software systems.

  • Process and explain rental agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Address and escalate customer concerns when necessary.
