Drive tactical implementation of the Fumani 2030 Growth Strategy, focusing on fleet business
growth and commercial target achievement.
Lead adoption of digital tools and systems (POS, SharePoint, digital marketing) to streamline
operations and drive data insights.
Develop, standardize, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all business
development functions.
Produce and submit commercial reports including pipeline, conversion rates, and new client
acquisition insights.
Conduct a minimum of 6 new in-person client visits per month.
Gather and analyze client needs and feedback to tailor offerings.
Provide consistent post-sale support and maintain availability for clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (essential).
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive or fleet management
industries.
Proven experience meeting and exceeding high-value sales targets.
Strong background in digital systems, reporting, and client relationship management.
