Duties & Responsibilities



New Business Development




Identify and pursue new clients within the hygiene and pest control sector Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and market research Develop and present tailored proposals and pricing strategies Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a professional client-facing image

Client Retention




Strengthen relationships with existing clients by introducing new services Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Participate in client feedback sessions to improve service delivery

Business Development Planning




Attend industry events and stay informed on market and competitor trends Identify opportunities for new campaigns, services, and distribution channels Contribute to strategic planning by consulting with senior management

Management and Research




Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly progress reports Forecast and track sales targets, supporting the team in achieving goals Ensure compliance with vendor and prequalification requirements Represent Tsebo professionally and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Skills and Competencies



Strong business development and sales planning abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Solid understanding of marketing principles and financial acumen Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and independence Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly Proficiency in CRM systems, report writing, and data management Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills Experience in prospecting, territory management, and meeting sales targets

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in a related field - preferred Minimum of 6 years' experience in sales or business development Proven success in Hygiene, Pest Control, Cleaning, or related contract services - highly advantageous * Familiarity with industry technologies and service trends
