Job Summary Job Specification Bank processing and monthly reconciliations Monthly GL account recons and journal entries Monthly Inventory valuations and journal entries Monthly & weekly sales reporting in excel Debtors management generating statements and customer queries Fixed asset management Supplier processing & reconciliations only non-stock suppliers Month end processing & reporting in excel SARS - EMP & VAT reconciliations & submissions Payroll (12 staff) - leave & staff loan reconciliations & processing Calculating agent commissions from sales reports Capturing bank payments Standard Bank Business Online platform Petty cash control & monthly reconciliation Assisting General Manager with various tasks Minimum Requirement Qualification in Bookkeeping to Trial Balance Bookkeeping and accounting experience (Minimum 3-5 years) Experienced in Pastel Partner and Sage Payroll Online essential Excellent Administrative skill set Able to work effectively, accurately and systematically under pressure Teamwork work together with a focused, driven and friendly team Computer literate excellent Outlook and Excel skills Kindly note that by submitting your application for this career opportunity, you agree that Guardian Recruiting may use your application for the purpose of the recruitment and selection of the said position, and this information may be shared with the relevant stakeholders in the business.
