As the Online Manager for a 6-month maternity cover position, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online store.

Duties Include:

Daily Website Maintenance:

• Ensure homepage content, products, and banners are correctly linked.
• Verify that all product categories are accurately mapped.
• Maintain proper display of images and product data in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Oversee the implementation of requested changes in product details.
• Conduct daily website audits and upkeep following E-commerce best practices.
• Brief and quality-check all promotional activities

Product Data Management:

• Monitor orders and collaborate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
• Provide feedback to planners regarding product range accuracy.
• Map products to the online hierarchy.

Effective Stock Management:

• Manage stock from end to end.
• Maintain daily online stock control.
• Initiate back orders for unfulfilled stock.
• Ensure 100% stock accuracy, resolving issues, and escalating as needed.
• Ensure all categories are live on the website in a timely manner for campaign launches.

Customer Service:

• Proactively address and monitor key customer queries.
• Ensure timely resolution of all customer queries.

Team Management:

• Oversee the efficient management of two Digital Assistants.

Reporting:

• Compile and analyze reports on performance, trends, and E-commerce requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an Online Manager.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced computer literacy in Word and Excel.
• Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Competency in customer communication and relationship management.
• Demonstrated decision-making ability.
• Previous experience with E-commerce tools advantageous (Google Analytics, etc.).
