Job Summary A well-presented, professional Barista with experience in busy, premium hospitality environments. Skilled in espresso preparation, milk texturing, latte art, beverage consistency and delivering warm, engaging guest service. Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality coffee.
Minimum Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years Barista experience
• Valid South African ID (no work permits)
• Strong product knowledge of coffee, beans and brew methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment

Core Skills

• Espresso extraction, grind calibration and milk texturing
• Latte art and consistent beverage presentation
• Knowledge of beans, blends, roasts and brew methods
• Excellent customer service and guest interaction
• POS operation and billing accuracy
• Fast, consistent preparation of hot and cold beverages
• Hygiene, safety and workstation cleanliness
• Stock rotation, bar setup and ordering support
• Teamwork across FOH and BOH
