Duties and responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting administration activities; including reviewing applicants, screening, assisting with interviews of junior positions, initiating assessments, conducting reference and criminal checks, as well as coordinating and supporting the recruitment and selection process.
  • Ensure a positive and strong candidate experience, while maintaining responsive and continuous communication.
  • Provide advice and support regarding recruitment activities and ensure that good practices are presented to staff so that sound talent management decisions are made.
  • Ensure alignment of all HR processes and provide innovative HR solutions.
  • Provide professional, knowledgeable and friendly services to clients, ensuring a prompt response to queries and requests.
Inherent requirements:
  • Grade 12 or National Vocational Certificate on NQF Level 4.
Recommendation:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline on NQF Level 7
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience/exposure in HR administration and/or recruitment and selection activities.

Salary:
The annual remuneration package is: R211 391.43 - R354 408.50 per annum depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
