Duties and responsibilities:
  • Administration of attendance registers to ensure lecture attendance.
  • Administration of study materials in the MBChB programme, includes acting as liaison between internal and external stakeholders for the organisation and printing of study materials, and ensure students receive study materials timeously.
  • Assist with administrative duties within the Division, for example compilation of Semester Planners, maintenance of databases, and monitoring attendance.
  • Assist with special projects in the division, School of Clinical Medicine or Faculty of Health Sciences.
Inherent Job Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or National Vocational Certificate on NQF Level 4.
  • Experience in a tertiary education environment.
Recommendations:
  • Post-school qualification
  • Knowledge of the UFS financial and academic systems.
  • Relevant administrative working experience at the UFS in the School of Clinical Medicine or Faculty of Health Sciences.

Salary:
The annual remuneration package is: R211 391.43 - R354 408.50 per annum depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
