The Analyst - Home Broadband is pivotal in supporting strategic initiatives that harness technical innovation, market expansion, and enhanced customer engagement to achieve MTN's mission of broadband connectivity across Africa. This role is designed for high-potential talent transitioning into specialist, ensuring that network expansion, service delivery, and revenue growth are aligned with business objectives.


As a key contributor, the Analyst - Home broadband will collaborate with network engineers, product managers, sales teams, and marketing experts to drive broadband service adoption, improve customer experiences, and optimize financial performance.
