The General Manager - Home Pricing Lead will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial and financial strategy for the home business across the Group & Opcos. The incumbent will develop and maintain robust pricing strategies, financial models, and business cases across home services, including FTTH, FWA and bundled services to drive profitable growth, market competitiveness, and sustainable unit economics
The role will be responsible for owing financial models, developing innovative and differentiated pricing strategies to accelerate the growth and success of the home business, ensuring it stands out in a competitive market. They will lead the cost and revenue analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams to track key economic drivers, optimize unit economics, and improve profitability ensuring strategic alignment between product pricing, operational costs, and long-term business objectives.
Additionally, the role will oversee business intelligence and reporting frameworks that deliver timely insights and home performance dashboards to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous performance improvement across the Group and Opcos.
