Job Summary Seeking an experienced Workshop Manager with minimum 5 years management experience in the panelbeating industry .We hold a very high quality of workmanship on all repairs carried out on our vehicles. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can maintain the quality of workmanship delivered to customers. Minimum requirements: xe2x80xa2 Strong technical and diagnostic ability xe2x80xa2 Willingness to work shifts and overtime as and when required. Job Specifications: xe2x80xa2 Ensure employees are following correct processes xe2x80xa2 Quality checking after each division xe2x80xa2 Quality control paintwork xe2x80xa2 Quality control of vehicle repairs xe2x80xa2 Check Job cards and sign off xe2x80xa2 Prepare vehicle handover xe2x80xa2 Sign Job cards xe2x80xa2 Ensuring paperwork is in order for delivery xe2x80xa2 Assisting both customers/employees with queries xe2x80xa2 Planning and executing on time deliveries of vehicles for that day/week/month xe2x80xa2 Able to conduct/facilitate meetings xe2x80xa2 Great problem solving techniques xe2x80xa2 Leadership qualities xe2x80xa2 Excellent Report Skill - Needs to be done daily for Senior Management xe2x80xa2 Responsible for the smooth flow on the Workshop floor xe2x80xa2 Able to handle conflict and find effective solutions Must have excellent customer service skills.
