Duties:
Brings solid experience in hospitality with a strong passion for farm-to-table values
Understands ingredients and can clearly communicate the story and intention behind each dish and wine pairing
Leads and mentors the service team to ensure confident, smooth and warm dinner service
Collaborates closely with chefs and food & beverage teams, leading the wine and beverage program to elevate the evening dining experience
Primarily responsible for night shifts during peak season, balancing leadership with hands-on service.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal hospitality qualification
At least 2+ years of experience in luxury operation as a F&B / Restaurant Manager with the experience to lead in a small operational team
Excellent wine knowledge
Fully computer literate
Ability to monitor & ensure compliance
Demonstrates high levels of resilience in demanding environments with a positive outlook in challenging situations
You should be passionate about hospitality and regenerative practices, knowledge and love of all things wellness will be an advantage.
