Maintain and monitor WebSphere application servers, middleware servers, databases, and applications
Manage application performance and availability, including capacity planning, capacity tuning, and load testing
Configure, maintain, and monitor WebSphere application servers, middleware servers, databases, and applications
Manage operating system and network security, and backup and recovery procedures
Perform system administration, including routine server maintenance, operating system maintenance, and patch management
Conduct hardware upgrades, such as purchasing new servers, upgrading memory, and replacing storage devices
Perform system administration tasks
Maintain and update test environments to meet business requirements
Ensure compliance with application, operating system, and data security requirements
