Manage all technical related queries (internal and external).
Schedule and arrange call outs with clients.
Manage monthly maintenance and services, as per client agreements.
Ensure job cards are completed, signed and send for processing.
Attend to and resolve all client queries, come backs on call outs / equipment and installation of CCTV, alarm, access control systems and electric fencing.
Conduct Site assessments, compile finding reports / quotes together with layouts and system designing of the sites.
Manage all Control Room equipment and ensure everything is in working order, always.
Upload, manage and maintain all radio link ups / client details.
Manage offsite monitoring links and always ensure connections are live and working.
Manage the back-up platforms in the Control Room
Compile and send quotation to clients.
Managing all alarm response clients (Quotations, Links-Ups, Completing Job Cards, Signing Contracts and setting alarm up with control)
Liaising with the accounts department to ensure that invoicing and billings are processed.
Compiling monthly reports and other related administrative duties.
Valid drivers licence.
PSIRA registered.
Minimum 5 years experience in the Security Industry.
Minimum 3 years managerial experience.
Previous Senior Technical experience required.
IT proficiency and good communication skills on all levels.
Experience working with DSC / IDS / Paradox systems.
