Job Description

Job Summary Position Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of security officers, enforcing site protocols, ensuring proper firearm handling, and ensuring compliance with operational, reporting, and safety procedures. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead daily parades, conduct shift inspections, and ensure officer readiness. Supervise execution of access control, patrols, and incident management. Ensure all officers comply with firearm handling, safety procedures, and register protocols. Review and submit daily and weekly reports from officers. Conduct incident investigations and escalate major events to the Security Manager. Coordinate and verify the use of first aid and firefighting techniques on-site. Conduct on-site training refreshers for officers on SOPs, client service, and safety. Maintain up-to-date firearm registers, issue logs, and safe storage compliance. Liaise with the client and participate in meetings with management. Enforce discipline and adherence to PSIRA, firearm, and site rules. Minimum Qualifications & Certifications: PSIRA Grade B or A Certification. Valid Firearm Competency Certificate and Firearm License (Business Use). Valid First Aid Level 1 Certificate. Valid Firefighting Certificate. 2-3 years supervisory experience in security operations. Dog handling certificate (optional) Strong skills in: Hazard Identification Security Breach Escalation Client Orientation Report Writing & Incident Management Must have a clean criminal record
