Warehouse Associate (Kempton Park)

The team you would join:
Sun King's operations team covers all aspects of our business for both partnership and EasyBuy, which have been growing consistently over the last 5 years at a remarkable scale.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced person who would leverage on their expertise to grow our support of the business, increasing revenues by over 100% by managing and strategizing warehouse processes in order to satisfy our business and partners.

What you would be expected to do

• Keep an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Receive and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.
• Identify any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
• Ensure that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labelled for shipping.
• Manage all merchandise with appropriate care.
• Supervise the Quality Control process for imports and returns at the warehouse
• Supervise the arrangement of the warehouse and ensuring adherence to set SOPs
• Supervise cleanliness and warehouse etiquette
• Ensure that stock received is put away in accordance with best practice of FIFO
• Route and schedule dispatches and hold the courier accountable for any misroute
• Prepare management's reports at regular intervals.
• Age analysis of products at regular intervals.
• Periodic spot check and stock take
• Supervise the raising of the waybills for last mile

You might be a strong candidate if you:

• Hold a minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent in related disciplines.
• Have at least 2 years' experience in inventory management.
• Have an depth knowledge of MS Word and Excel skill is essential.
• Hold a basic experience in the use of ERP systems.
