Job Description

We are a well-established and growing company seeking an

experienced Warehouse Manager

to take full responsibility for our warehouse, logistics, and stock control operations. This is a hands-on role suited to a disciplined, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and systems experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full control of

warehouse operations

, including receiving, storage, picking, and despatch Maintain

accurate stock control

through daily cycle counts and monthly stock takes Ensure

FIFO/LIFO principles

, correct bin locations, labeling, and housekeeping Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and despatch activities Manage

imports & exports

, liaising with freight and courier companies Ensure all documentation, GRNs, invoices, and stock movements are accurate and signed Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or variances to management Enforce

health & safety

, security, and company procedures at all times Maintain vehicles, driver schedules, and delivery planning

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

3-5 years proven experience

in: Logistics Stock / warehouse control Receiving & despatch

Import & export processes

Computer literate

(stock systems, documentation, reporting) ODOO ERP advantageous

Valid driver's license

Matric (Grade 12)

No criminal record
