We're seeking a dedicated Waitron to join the Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be guest-focused, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent dining service.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service Excellence

• Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all guests.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Dining Room Operations

• Set up, maintain, and clear tables according to hotel standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining areas at all times.
• Handle payments and process bills accurately.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Support fellow team members during peak periods.
• Uphold hotel service standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

Standards & Compliance

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism, grooming, and guest etiquette at all times.

Requirements

• Previous waitering experience in a hotel or restaurant environment advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• A proactive, guest-first attitude.
