Description
This newly opened fine dining restaurant forms part of an award-winning estate known for its elegance, service, and breathtaking views. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience from the moment guests are seated until the final bill is paid.
You will be expected to confidently guide guests through the menu and wine list, take accurate orders using the POS system, and ensure that service runs smoothly and professionally. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly distinguished clientele and be part of a tight-knit, guest-focused service team.

Salary: Market-related.
Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a waiter in a fine dining or luxury environment (5 years for Senior Waiter role)
• Wine knowledge and familiarity with Cape Winelands estates
• POS and cash handling experience
• Well-groomed and professional presentation
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Flexible, patient, and courteous with guests
• Must have reliable transport to Stellenbosch
