Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus and wine lists
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
Liaise effectively with kitchen and bar teams
Clear tables efficiently and offer desserts and coffee
Present bills accurately and handle payments
Maintain immaculate personal hygiene and uniform standards
Grade 12
Minimum 1 year waiter/waitress experience , preferably in a luxury or 5-star setting
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Comfortable serving high-profile and distinguished guests
Basic maths skills and POS experience advantageous
Well-presented, enthusiastic, and professional
Reliable transport required
Flexible, accountable, and guest-focused
