Laduree is an elevated bakery, all-day restaurant, and champagne bar concept offering refined hospitality, artisanal pastry, and elegant dining experiences. We are seeking skilled and service-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, luxury environment.
Position Summary:
As a key front-of-house team member, the Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering attentive, elegant, and efficient service to all guests. This role requires a strong understanding of premium hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume operations. The ideal candidate embodies grace under pressure, product knowledge, and guest-centric service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and brand-appropriate greeting standards.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, desserts, and beverages.
Take accurate orders and coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages in a polished and elegant manner.
Maintain high service standards across table setup, clearing, resetting, and cleanliness.
Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
Upsell signature dishes, beverages, and add-on items to enhance the guest experience.
Handle bills and POS systems accurately, and support end-of-shift cashing procedures.
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and grooming protocols at all times.
Assist with private events, VIP setups, and seasonal menu launches as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in luxury or premium casual dining, 5Hotel.
High-volume restaurant or hotel experience required.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Well-groomed, punctual, and consistently professional in appearance.
Strong knowledge of service etiquette, wine/champagne service, and allergen awareness.
Familiarity with POS systems and handheld ordering devices.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
