Laduree is a refined all-day dining concept featuring a luxury bakery, restaurant, and champagne bar. With a focus on service excellence and premium presentation, our concept requires committed front-of-house professionals to support our guest experience. We are seeking dedicated Food Runners who can ensure efficient service delivery and uphold our high standards.
Position Summary:
The Food Runner plays a key supporting role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen to guests, the Food Runner bridges the coordination between front and back-of-house teams. Ideal candidates must thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining grace and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly deliver food and beverages to guest tables with accuracy and care.
Ensure all dishes are delivered according to ticket order and brand presentation standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, waiters, and managers to ensure smooth service flow.
Support waitstaff by refilling water, resetting tables, and clearing used dishes and glassware.
Assist with tray setups, garnishing items as instructed, and handling special dietary notes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas, pass, and tray stations.
Help monitor guest needs and notify servers or supervisors when attention is needed.
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
Support in VIP or private event service execution as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in food service or hospitality environment.
Experience in luxury dining or high-volume restaurants is preferred.
Strong coordination skills and ability to carry multiple plates/trays.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
Polished grooming and appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Ability to work on feet for extended periods and carry moderate weight trays.
