The Role: Digital Appointment Setter (Strategy & Optimization)



You'll handle

positive replies

from outbound

email and LinkedIn campaigns

and convert them into qualified, confirmed meetings for our clients and internal sales team.

But this is not a passive execution role.

You will

own the appointment-setting strategy end-to-end

. That means not just booking meetings, but actively improving how they get booked.

You are the bridge between interest and revenue

and

the person responsible for making that bridge stronger, faster, and harder to break.

Your job is to:

Respond quickly Ask the right questions Book the meeting Improve the system that books the next 100 meetings
This is a 100% remote role, open globally, built for someone who thrives in async environments, understands modern outbound, and enjoys turning chaos into clean process.

What You'll Actually Be Doing



Managing positive responses from email and LinkedIn campaigns Engaging prospects in natural, professional conversation Qualifying for fit, intent, authority, and timing Booking meetings directly onto calendars Confirming details so meetings don't fall apart Handling light objections and scheduling friction Updating CRM notes clearly and accurately Coordinating with SDRs, campaign managers, and founders

And critically:



Auditing reply quality and booking outcomes Identifying friction points in qualification, scheduling, or handoff Proposing and implementing process improvements Improving response frameworks, qualification logic, and booking SOPs Using data and patterns to inform better decisions Helping standardize what "good" looks like across clients
You are expected to think beyond today's inbox and improve tomorrow's results.

Extra Credit (Not Required, But Valued)



Experience owning or improving outbound booking systems Background in outbound or lead generation agencies Experience booking B2B, SaaS, HR, L&D, or C-suite meetings Comfort working with data, trends, and performance metrics Familiarity with tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Calendly, Lemlist, Instantly, or Waalaxy Enjoy building SOPs, frameworks, and scalable booking flows
