. This role will play a key part in managing daily operations, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, cleaners, and management.
The position is primarily focused on
sales and day-to-day operational support
, including responding to customer inquiries, booking and rescheduling cleanings, coordinating cleaner schedules, and assisting with administrative and managerial tasks.
The ideal candidate is a
proactive self-starter
with strong written and verbal English communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience balancing ongoing projects with daily responsibilities in a fast-paced service business.
Days: Monday - Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST (1-hour break), Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities Include:
Handling inbound and outbound sales calls and messages for residential cleaning services in the Tampa area
Managing customer service inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating cleaning appointments with field cleaners
Supporting cleaner management, including attendance tracking and job confirmations
Assisting with administrative and operational tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly
Requirements:
Previous experience in
sales
(required)
Experience as a
Virtual Assistant
or in a similar remote support role (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work fully remotely
