Admin/warehouse Assistant
Job Description
Azapak, based in Paarl Western Cape, is a Paper Packaging Solutions driven Manufacturing company providing paper packaging solutions at a high quality and exceptional service level to the Agricultural, Retail and Industrial Sectors. We specialise in in-transit outer and inner packaging as well as food packaging within the FMCG and Agricultural Sectors. Azapak's core skills are based on design and process engineering and material science which gives us the capability of developing new and better products if required, new manufacturing machinery to produce products and constant in house innovation.
We have a temporary position based in Springs for a Admin/Warehouse Assistant for a 5-6 month (temporary Maternity/Family Responsibility Cover Period). In this role you will be responsible for:
Production Planning:
Putting sales orders into production Making job cards Updating production stats each morning
Delivery Planning
Planning deliveries of goods
Receiver
Receiving goods and ensuring quantities are correct, and confirm with Cape Town
Waste Control
Waste removal from job cards and place it on waste control system to keep record
Loading and offloading Trucks
Driving of Forklift
Admin
Transferring stock on system and issuing of our stock to Production
Crew in Position.
Allocate staff to department to ensure production loading is correct
