Our client in the Tourism industry is currently looking for a VIP Senior Consultant, in Bryanston.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective, and cost-conscious travel service delivery that differentiates the business.
• Ensure the ongoing of all-encompassing viability of the division. The consultant will need to assist clients with navigational support and technical queries with reference to the online booking system.
• Knowledge and work on the relevant GDS or OBT.
• Issue full domestic and multi sector international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc.
• Ability to calculate round the world fares.
• Accurately complete all reissues.
• Ability to complete all refunds accurately.
• Ensure corporate fares are utilized.
• Ability to mentor more junior consultants.
• Constant knowledge improvement through training.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Ability to accurately conclude multi-sector/round the world reservations.
• Clearing of Dashboards.
• Clearing of TRFxe2x80x99s.
• Clearing of Qxe2x80x99s. Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings.
• No tickets to be on the un-invoiced ticket list.
• All ECC charges invoiced out the following day.
• All vouchers correctly issued and emailed to the client and supplier.
• Cost conscious for both the company and the client.
• Understanding and adhering to the clientsxe2x80x99 travel policies and procedures.
• The ability to advise the solution to the problem.
• A client centric mentality, with consistent extra mile service.
• Ability to build relationships with company clients.
• Immediate attention to any client complaint.
• Adhere to Company/client turnaround times.
• Attendance of company meetings and functions/team building.
• Building and maintain multi- level relationship within the company.
• Networking at industrial related events.

• Matric Qualification.
• Travel Diploma.
• Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience with at least 2 being in a senior role in a similar organization.
• Must be proficient in Amadeus.
• Team player.

• Dependent on experience and qualification.
