This role is for Secondment / Relocation in Netherlands

Role Summary:

Kula works with clientele across the Netherlands in various practice areas including but not limited to Assurance, Accounting & Advisory.

This role is an onsite opportunity for those who are looking for a move-in that provides exposure to international clients in a new environment.

Our client a big 4 Firm is currently looking for Junior Manager / Senior Consultant in their ESG/Sustainability Advisory division.

Role Summary:

Qualifications and Experience required:

• 2 xe2x80x93 5 years experience working in ESG & Sustainability teams
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading teams
• Experience auditing in medium to large companies private and public companies
• Practical and/or theoretical experience ESG reporting
• Practical and/or theoretical experience Sustainability reporting
• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in ESG/Sustainability or equivalent studies.
• Understanding of the following concepts and frameworks preferred: Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Sustainably Development Goals (SDGs), United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) like ISO 1400, 45001 ..etc, Social Return on Investment (SROI) or equivalent, Energy related standards like ISO 5000

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing sustainability reports and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Advising clients on sustainability reporting (CSRD) issues.
• Identifying sustainability risks and opportunities for clients.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and building relationships.
• Providing assurance on non-financial information during year-end audits.
• Offering ESG consultancy services.
