Are you an experienced payroll professional with a passion for accuracy and compliance? CK Africa Talent is recruiting a VIP Payroll Officer for a client based in Blackheath, Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in payroll, finance, and tax to a dynamic organization.Key Requirements:Education: Grade 12 and VIP Payroll Certification (obtained through VIP).Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll, salary & wages, or finance.
- Expertise in SARS e-filing and mid/tax year-end reconciliations.
- Proficient in Excel and Time & Attendance (T&A) systems.
- Knowledge of Labour Relations and Basic Conditions of Employment Acts.
- Solid understanding of tax legislation.
- Processing and reconciling payroll for new employees and terminations.
- Managing leave, deductions, and adjustments.
- Conducting pay period reconciliations and importing hours.
- Performing mid-year and tax year-end reconciliations.
- Providing month-end management information and reporting.
