Job Summary

Hire Resolve's client, a leading company in the FinTech industry, is seeking a talented and experienced UX Developer to join their team in Cape Town. As a UX Developer in the FinTech industry, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital solutions that revolutionize the way people manage their finances.

The primary responsibilities will include collaborating with designers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, conducting user research and testing to gather valuable insights, and optimizing designs for maximum usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Translate wireframes and design concepts into interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to make data-driven design decisions
• Create and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and style guides
• Optimize designs for maximum usability, accessibility, and performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience in the FinTech industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
