Job Summary Develop user-centered designs by comprehending business requirements and incorporating user feedback. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that guide product development. Translate project requirements into style guides, design systems, patterns, and captivating user interfaces. Craft UI elements, including input controls, navigational components, and informational features. Strategically plan and execute new designs, measuring and reporting on their success. Enhance existing user interface designs through optimization, with thorough measurement and reporting. Organize and facilitate user testing sessions to evaluate and improve the user experience. Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables. Identify and troubleshoot UX challenges, such as responsiveness issues. Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, developers, and cross-functional teams. Skills & Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, accompanied by a compelling portfolio showcasing relevant projects. Demonstrated skills and a strong portfolio of past client work. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Proficiency in Figma. Proficiency in other prototyping tools such as InVision, AdobeXD, Axure, Sketch, etc. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and a discerning eye for aesthetics. Prior experience in the online casino industry is advantageous.
