We are looking for a dynamic

Travel Manager

to join our Durban-based team -- someone who will bring energy, drive, and leadership, and who will play a key role in elevating our sales performance.


About the Role

Requirements



Minimum

5 years' experience

in a Travel Manager or Senior Sales Management role.

Extensive international travel experience

, with multiple trips abroad. Proven success in

sales conversion

, meeting and exceeding targets, and delivering exceptional service. Minimum

5 years of leadership and management experience

, leading busy sales teams. Strong ability to

track and manage sales pipelines

, forecast results, and drive conversion. A person who

embraces technology

, understands systems, efficiencies, automation, and the role of

AI

in modern sales environments. Excellent understanding of the importance of

CRM discipline

, data accuracy, and workflow compliance. Proactive, solutions-driven, and confident in decision-making. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complaints or complex customer issues. Strategic thinker who can identify gaps, implement improvements, and strengthen sales processes. A people-focused leader who motivates, supports, and uplifts others. Hands-on, action-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
