We are a leading transport and logistics group seeking an experienced Administrator Manager to provide strong administrative leadership and support operational performance across our national fleet. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly organised professional with proven experience in office administration, operational reporting, compliance coordination, and cost control within a transport or fleet-intensive environment.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in debtors - Creators control (transport or logistics preferred)
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and diesel reconsideration
Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel
Good communication and negotiation skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet month end deadlines
Responsibilities
Supervise and support the debtors/credit control team
Monitor and follow up on outstanding and overdue accounts
Review debtor balances and aged reports
Ensure accurate allocation and reconciliation of diesel of accounts.
Resolve customer account queries and disputes
Enforce credit terms and company policies
Prepare debtor and fuel reports and assist with month-end process
Liaise with internal departments and external parties when required
