Job Description
Training Officer needed for immediate start in Hopefield, Western Cape.
**MUST have 5-8 years' experience as a Training Officer within the mining industry**
Salary: Market Related (Other benefits to be discussed at interview)
Role / Responsibilities:
- Facilitation and Assessment of Mine Earthmoving Machines
- Safety related training
- Other: Training Planning
- Grade 12
- NQF Level 5 Assessor certification
- MQA Registered TETA Registered (advantage)
- Computer literate
- No criminal record
- Sober habits
- Medically fit
- Willing to travel/transfer/relocate
- South African Citizen
- Valid Driver's licence
- Excellent people, communication and planning skills
- Planning and organising skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to service excellence
- Working independently Team player
- Working under pressure
