A well-known national franchise is looking for a super star Training Executive to lead impactful training across franchise and corporate stores. Ideal for a QSR or retail training pro with hands-on delivery skills, SETA knowledge, and a passion for operational excellence. This role will report directly to the CEO. A dynamic, high-impact training role within a national franchise and retail environment. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional with QSR or retail training experience and a passion for developing people, driving operational consistency, and aligning programs with SETA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured training for new and existing franchisees and corporate staff.
• Standardize materials and implement blended learning, including digital platforms.
• Ensure SOPs and brand standards are effectively trained and maintained.
• Support new product rollouts with timely, aligned training.
• Manage onboarding and hands-on support for new franchisees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Coach store leaders and support HR in skills gap analysis and compliance (WSP/ATR).

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven background in QSR, retail, or food service training
• Solid understanding of franchise operations and adult learning principles
• Strong facilitation, content development, and performance evaluation skills
• Experience with SOPs, e-learning, and SETA-aligned training initiatives
