Job Description

Are you a confident, client-focused professional with a passion for sales and property? Were looking for a dynamic Leasing Administrator to join our team and support the leasing of student accommodation across Pretoria and Johannesburg.
What Youll Do:

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and convert leads into signed leases
  • Present, promote, and upsell our student accommodation offerings
  • Deliver outstanding service to students, parents, and stakeholders
  • Assist with lease renewals, tenant queries, and leasing admin
  • Work from both our Pretoria HQ and various property sites in Johannesburg
What Were Looking For:
Matric (essential)
Diploma or degree in Business Admin, Real Estate, Sales, Finance, IT, or similar (advantageous)
12 years' experience in leasing, sales, or a high-volume call centre
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Confident and sales-driven you know how to close a deal!
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Own reliable transport must be able to travel between Pretoria, Johannesburg, and property sites
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience in student accommodation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of POPIA and FIC regulations
