Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in OEM Aftersales Technical Support
Qualification as a Technician (QCTO or merSETA) and further Technical Education essential
Strong working knowledge of OEM Aftersales Technical Support disciplines, FTIR | TAR system and SDT2 functionality essential
Ability to Compile, Analyse and Produce processes to improve operations essential
Effective Communication with a high level of Computer Literacy essential
Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive Manufacturer environment
Stable track record with contactable references and be able to travel extensively
