Qualifications required:

• Matric with Mathematics, C Symbol or higher
• Degree (not essential but beneficial)

Experience required:

• 0 5 years related working experience.
• Solar, Electrical. Mechanical or Technical interest (Not essential but beneficial)

Computer Literacy:

• MS Office Excel Advanced
• High IQ and EQ.
• Hard working with a good work ethic
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to use initiative
• Common sense
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Honest and Trustworthy

Responsibilities & Duties (include but not limited to):

• Filing, Data Capturing
• Administrative duties as required.
• Assisting sales personnel with office/administration duties
• Prepare quotations and email quotations for all spare parts or products.
• Prepare internal email quotations as required for all products or spares and servicing, including transport and courier quotations to various locations locally and export.
• Assist with the logging of technical support calls or services.
• Assist in scheduling work for technical support and services.
• General ad hoc activities generated from the sales meeting or required for the office.
• Specification Sheet Updates, Marketing initiatives, Research, and development activities
