Technical Service Engineer

Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities: * To provide technical support to customers and sales channels, such as fault diagnosis, on-site service, product maintenance and other technical support services

  • To visit customers, make regular statistics and analysis of failure causes, provide timely feedback to quality and RD
  • To reply and follow up local customers' after-sales problems timely, and communicate and coordinate with internal team to timely deal with customer complaints and other after-sales problems.
  • To organize customer training including but not limited to: product installation, commissioning and troubleshooting, etc.
Requirements:
  • With science and engineering background, like major in electrical automation, electronic information engineering, and automation is preferred.
  • Be familiar with inverter, UPS or other power electronics product, and lithium battery technology is preferred.
  • Experience in Residential Energy Storage and Industrial Battery industry is preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate in English
  • Good teamwork spirit, hardworking, loyalty and integrity, strong learning ability, good customer service awareness.
