Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Service Engineer Role:
- Perform service engineering for electrical hoists.
- Offer after-hours engineering support to customers.
- Engineering Execution:
- Execute engineering tasks individually.
- Coordinate engineering activities within project teams for complex projects.
- Project and Platform Support:
- Provide platform/process support for significant projects.
- Sales Assistance:
- Assist sales departments with technical aspects during tender preparation.
- Technical Support:
- Provide general technical support to Project and System Engineers.
- Training and Personnel Support:
- Provide training and assistance to Training, Service, and Engineering departments.
- Leadership and Coaching:
- Coach junior administration staff and hold solid line manager responsibility for them.
