Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service Engineer and After-Hours Support:
- Perform tasks as a service engineer for electrical hoists.
- Provide engineering assistance to customers beyond regular hours.
- Engineering Execution:
- Handle engineering tasks on various projects.
- Coordinate engineering efforts of other team members on large or complex projects.
- Project Support:
- Offer platform or process support for significant projects.
- Sales Department Assistance:
- Assist sales teams with technical aspects in tender preparation.
- Provide expertise on both product and process-related matters.
- Technical Support:
- Extend general technical support to Project and System Engineers.
- Address questions related to products and processes.
- Training and Personnel Support:
- Provide training and guidance to employees in Training, Service, and Engineering departments.
- Serve as a coach and offer solid line manager responsibilities for junior administration staff.
