Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a Technical Manager! We require someone who will provide managerial and supervisory direction with regard to service delivery of the Technical

Department in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If this is you, keep reading. We need someone with Technical Facilities/Properties Management

Experience.

What you will need:

• N3 Electrical Engineering + Trade Certificate

• Wiremans licence

• 5 xe2x80x93 10 years of experience in Technical Facilities/Properties Management

• Project management experience

• Experience in producing reports, stats and proposals for clients.

• Budgeting and cost control experience.

• Good knowledge of all electrical fittings and fixtures and the maintenance and repair thereof.

• Knowledge of UPS & power clean installation.

• Understanding of Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management and disciplinary requirements.

• Must have a good understanding of SLAxe2x80x99s and contractor management.

What you will do:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance

• Co-ordinate maintenance teams and planned maintenance activities.

• Inspect building facilities to identify building maintenance needs; progress on preventive maintenance and recommend, prioritize, and perform corrective maintenance as required.

• Contractor Management

• Conduct inspections of on-site contractors and procedures, ensuring they provide service as per SLA agreement and good industry standards.

• Staff Management

• Reactive Maintenance

• Site Specific Objectives

• Ensure that all jobs are carried out in a safe and competent manner.

• Adhere to the TFSxe2x80x99s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management Systemxe2x80x99s Policies & Procedures of as applicable to this position.
