Team Lead

What You'll Be Doing

Leading a team of Contact Centre Agents and keeping the floor running smoothly. Making sure customer queries are handled quickly, accurately, and with care. Jumping in on live escalations and guiding agents through complex issues. Driving performance, coaching regularly, and helping your team grow. Managing shift schedules, attendance, and overtime submissions. Spotting trends, problem areas, and opportunities to improve how we serve our customers. Working with product, operations, IT, and other teams to keep things running seamlessly. Bringing your ideas to the table to help refine processes and elevate the customer journey.

What We're Looking For

Matric (Grade 12). Degree would be advantageous. Experience in

online gaming or sports betting

is essential. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a

Contact Centre

. Someone who communicates clearly, coaches well, and leads by example. A team player who can stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly. Comfortable working rotating

shifts

, including weekends and public holidays.
