We offer:
Basic Salary R8000 - R10 000 (Unlimited earning potential) Achievable Commission Structure Great Commissions
Duties and Responsibilities
Achieving set targets Developing the sales team Implementing sales techniques Performance management of team KPI Training, Coaching and Development Monitoring Sales tracking
Qualifications
Matric qualification with Maths Minimum 2 years team leader experience in a call center Debt Review Experience advantageous Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Salary: R8000.00 - R10 000.00 per month
Experience:
Management: 2 years (Preferred) All applicants must have outbound call center management experience
Additional Information
Salary: R8 000 - R12 000 Basic + Commission per month (earning potential between R10 000 - R25 000 per month)
