Job Description
Are you a strategic sales leader passionate about results and team success? Do you thrive in a high-energy call centre environment and understand the nuances of outbound sales in the financial wellbeing and debt review space? We're looking for a senior call centre manager to drive our outbound sales strategy, lead a dynamic team, and champion performance in a regulated financial sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, aligning daily execution with strategic goals. Drive outbound campaigns and ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales targets. Build and manage a motivated, high-performing team while maintaining compliance and service excellence. Identify new growth opportunities within existing and emerging markets. Maintain and grow key client relationships, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction. Track key sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Maintain accurate reporting, systems management and performance evaluation.
What You Need to Shine:
Grade 12 (essential) Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (advantageous) Minimum 5 years of outbound call centre sales and leadership experience In-depth knowledge of the National Credit Act and debt review process Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Target-driven, analytical, and results-focused
