ROLE PURPOSE
An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive and experienced Team Lead within the Revenue Assurance Billing Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role is central to leading the FTTH Assurance, Fixed Billing, and Billing CoE functions, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of revenue-related processes across key business areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of revenue assurance activities, with a strong focus on identifying, analysing, and mitigating revenue leakage risks. This includes the design, implementation, and ongoing management of revenue controls, as well as the business-as-usual (BAU) oversight of existing control frameworks.
A high level of technical proficiency is required, particularly in advanced SQL scripting and certified coding, to support in-depth data analysis, reporting, and the development of automated solutions. The ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights will be key to driving operational improvements and supporting strategic decision-making.
In addition to technical responsibilities, the role requires strong leadership and people management skills. The Team Lead will oversee a team of specialists, managing work allocation, performance reviews, leave planning, and skills development. Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement will be essential. The incumbent will also be expected to manage stakeholder engagement and reporting at both Client and Nexio Senior Management levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service delivery expectations.
