Are you a registered Professional Architect with a passion for people, projects, and precision? Our Cape Town-based architectural firm is seeking a dynamic Project Architect & Team Lead to join our collaborative and design-driven environment.
This is a pivotal, dual-role opportunity ideal for a leader who thrives on mentoring others while delivering exceptional architectural outcomes across diverse project types. What We're Looking For:

• A Pr. Architect who brings 7+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a Master's in Architecture (M.Arch).
• Proven experience across all project stages, with an edge in Residential (single, multi-unit, and high-end) and Commercial projects.
• A natural team leader who inspires and supports junior staff while managing timelines, deliverables, and overall project direction.
• ArchiCAD expertise and solid experience in BIM workflows-key for navigating our fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities with the discipline to maintain control over project details while steering big-picture objectives.

• Lead architectural design and documentation using ArchiCAD
• Guide and mentor a team of young professionals
• Manage multiple projects concurrently-from concept to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence
• Drive quality assurance, technical oversight, and creative innovation
